| From the Where2sing.com forum: Many thanks to both about Colyton Hotel - I've marked it as no longer running on Fridays, and I see that there is an active gig for Saturdays there.
As for people deactivating gigs themselves, the person who controls the gig can do so at any time, and all others can see the 'Remove' button only when the gig has not been Re-Confirmed for 20 days. People can see the Edit button after 30 days of the gig not being Re-Confirmed.
But the problem occurs when someone adds feedback to the gig which also has the effect of Re-Confirming it, and that prevents people seeing the Remove button for another 20 days. Or if someone who does not control the gig starts to Edit the gig, but doesn't go through to the 'Additional Info', this also has the effect of Re-Confirming the gig.
All this is part of the delicately balanced process of having the most interested person controlling the gig - so I always welcome info in this forum where someone can't see the Edit or Rmove buttons.
