I do agree with all you say....with a slight twist.......because I believe that its the minority that cause the problems and the Majority have to suffer the penalty......that is the penalty of a 12 or 2 am lockdown etc..........next thing you know we will be going back to the 'good ol days' of 10pm closing time
Our venue in the Valley (Brisbane) is VERY stringent and proactive with regards to bad and drunken behaviour and in the 6 years we have been at the RG I can count the number of 'incidents' (ie those worth mentioning) on one hand.
It would be fair to say that some of the other smaller Valley precinct venues .....all trying to compete for a piece of the action.... are far from proactive and are less than responsible in the serving of Alcohol.........maybe there are TOO many liqour licences being handed out??........in the last 12 months we are having to compete against 3 new venues all within 500 metres from the RG
