| From the Where2sing.com forum: James ...at the risk of sounding as though I suffer from 'back in my day' syndrome.........earlier this year I went to my grandsons kindy as part of grandparents day...overall a nice day...but I was surprised at the seemingly lack of control the childcare workers had over some of the more boisterous 4 year olds,
To cut a long story short there were 3 or 4 children I considered out of control and misbehaving very badly and were really 'pissing me off'........seemingly to me ....the Childcare workers could do little more than give long winded explanations as to why they should behave and threaten them with the 'naughty corner'.........LOL.........I was the only male there and I was suitably irritated by their misbehaviour and thought 'I will give you the 'naughty Corner' alright LOL .yeah right!!......and again to cut a log story short .....I had them behaving in a more acceptable manner within 2 or 3 minutes after a few quiet but assertive whispers in their little angel type ears ;-))..the Teachers were quite relieved.......
You are dead right many of them dont give a shit!! and it starts quite young
