Im not a puppet and hell..do you know how many karaoke sites I have joined on the net to find the best places to sing?? 6 actually so far..Music isnt just a distraction for me.. its a joy and a relief..somewhere where i can be me and hold a microphone in my hand and for a moment in time have people say ' wow..she sounds lovely '. So you know if there are forums on these sites i post replys and some of them are to people who i tell to come and meet me at certain shows so i can sing my heart out and watch them do the same and cheer...as for reading only the post you have posted...and responded to them...dont flatter yourself that your'e that important in the grand scheme of things in my life..lol..I just had an opinion that not enuff CREDIT is given to the Hosts/ Hostesses of Karaoke shows and and that too much bitching goes on..wow..REREAD MIC: As for some of the comments i have read on here i agree with some neutral on others ...and omg some people really have a bone to pick with some hosts and karaoke organisations. Isnt it all about the singing the music and the fun? What happened to people just going out and having fun and appreciating what others do instead of bagging out certain hosts. Big cheers to Joan and Fosters shows..awesome fun and lively...wtg Mick and Joe at the Band club and Cumberland Community...awesome job guys....to the Lucky Australian..and Wentworth Hotel...great teams and people..long live karaoke!!!! ...I was gonna talk about microphones and bird flu but was cracking up so much at the sheer thought of ever wanting to hold a mic in my hand again..and then images of condoms on mics...well was easier at the time to say something else..Like i said i havent been sent here...thats paranoia on your part if you think that...I mean HELLO this is the internet..heaps of karaoke places to join and thousands of forums...So CHEERS again to all the great HOSTS ..to theSINGERS who brave all kinds of weather each week to go to their favourite shows and sing from their heats...and Cheers to you to Mic..for once again giving me a reason to have a chuckle at the world..and think to myself..download Dennis Learys Life's Gunna Suck song...listen to the lyrics and chill out...Cheers all..getting ready for Karaoke again...Have a great weekend..bye for Now
