I think you're a bit light on with your pricing estimates for a regular gig. I think you'll find that most are around or above $100 per hour.
In 7 years in the business I haven't done a gig for $200, and as per Kev's comments below; I agree wholeheartedly.
I'm also intrigued with your corporate gig costing of around $4400. We also are involved in booking bands for some venues, and I could book one of the major tribute bands for less that to put on a show. I suppose it depends on what you are providing, (certainly not just a Karaoke show, but perhaps that and a lot more).
