| From the Where2sing.com forum: Just on the debate re: discs or laptop,a great karaoke night like we had last night provides an easy answer.Heaps of singers,drinkers,audience,fun and huge bar turnover.We use discs for all our rigs---we 95% of times have a 2 person hosting--- we make the odd mistake,but as Billy T said showmanship is probably a larger ingredient in the show than the type of system you use.There would be a split hair in the number of songs rolled through whatever you use---as long as you can operate what you have,run a great show and keep all of the audience happy and interested--that's what it's all about!!!!
