| From the Where2sing.com forum: LB .... I agree ... I always enjoyed doing shows on my own . I became acustomed to it & enjoyed having control over proceedings, tho' I wouldn't consider myself a control freak. (Others may have judged me differently !!) You might be a bit more like me , as I saw myself more as a practical host ,concentrating on making the audience feel part of a well run show, rather than a socially interactive host ,who tries to make everyone feel they're a friend (like Mike Rophone & Rob Deal). I must admit tho' , on the busy nights I used to come home pretty knackered, but satisfied that I was able to make it all happen...
