Could you clarify for me the use of pseudonyms in your forums. It is my understanding that the purpose of having a pseudonym is so that your identity was protected and have the choice to do so. My reason for asking is in reference to the post dated Wed 2nd Dec 09 whereby my personal identity appeared in the general forum and because of the condescending manner with which it was written. I look forward to your response as I am sure it will not only benefit my own understanding in this area but for other forum users too.
