From the Where2sing.com forum:

Good to hear Vic about it working for you.
Karafun is also fantastic for musicians wanting to learn solos, or work out chords or licks.
You can slow down and change pitch on MP3 files on the fly.
Great for learning a song, when the singer has to take it down 3 semitones or up 2 etc...
I'm still searching for a mp3+g or cdg player for my nokia mobile.
I have one for pocket PC
Part of the reason I got an in car DVD player was to have karaoke sing a longs in the car on long trips (words display on screen in front console) lots of fun, and it also plays DVDS, VCDs karaoke and movies.

Karafun do sell their own version karaoke tracks *.kfn - I suppose they are licensed, I just use the free player for personal use.
If the free song was the gambler, then I would worry a bit more :p
