Closest to my knowledge is at Northmead Bowling Club for the first hour under aged ones can sing .. Maybe get in one or 2 songs each. Suggest you arrange a special event with a host to start early or hold one for suitable hours as most karaokes start during later hours. Great concept as most parents would eat and drink at the venue as they watch their kids sing and dance. Personally, I feel there should be a venue or 2 in each area around for families to be able to attend. The commercial viability aspect I guess makes it difficult.
