| From the Where2sing.com forum: The KWC is not for everyone. Only those that wish to provide there customer and singer with the choice.
Its for those host that dont look beyond the four walls they work in or the little click . Those that limit themselves by living in a cave may not see any benifit to being apart of this world network.
We run promos on the merit of the promo itself, It was my veiw to give the KWC a go. Did it last year with 3 venues and this year with 5. Will we get involved next year. Well i guess i will have to see the results and benifits the promo did this year. But we like get our infomation on the promo by trying it. Perhapes next year some of you should consider running a venue with KWC , after that point you may be in a position to say if its worth it or not from a point of experiance rather a point of a narrow minded veiw.
What do I get out of it really. Extra work , cranky lossers, back leash from other none KWC speaking host.
What does my singer get from it.. The chance .......I am not about to take that away from any of the singers that support our shows.
I think a host stuggles to sell a shows of quality with quality staff , sound, presention and promo,with a price to suit and is only able to get shows because they are cheap then there is not much chance to be able to do a sell on to a product like KWC.
I can understand why some would not feel it is great value to provide a world class comp if they struggle to provide a show of value in the first place.
