I dont know if maybe Rach misunderstood the rules or was misquoted, and maybe I am wrong here for all I know, ( I prefer to just go along and do my job and not get involved in the rules & regulations ) but to my knowledge it is not written anywhere in the KWC rules that a person must attend a venue 4 times. It is as u mentioned from the rules recommended that contestants support the venue where they have won their heat. If a venue hasn't stated that u must attend a number of times to qualify I seriously doubt they would impose it come the final. It certainly could leave one open to a mountain of abuse
