| From the Where2sing.com forum: Just a note to let everyone know that the BREWHOUSE St Marys will be back as for this Sunday.
For those that dont know this show has been on a break for a few weeks due to an event that happened here.
While we were running the show a car smashed into the front doors of the hotel . There were around 250 people in the bar when it happened. It was one of our biggest karaoke night at this venue to date. We were very lucky no one was hurt.
Both myself and Pete were missed by only centermeters. I heard a loud crash behide me and turn around to see the doors and walls come crashing down at my feet. I just walk from that spot. If i walked to the bar 2 seconds slower I would be dead.
Our desk was right beside the door so Pete also was very close. Many people were in shocked by the event.
The event was not related to the Karaoke show in any way.
In any case the show is back on the road as of this Sunday.
We will be extending the dates for the venue finals for the KWC 2010 so keep an eye out for the updates.
Adrian Kenny the Current Karaoke World Champion for 2010 will be there to offer his support fo the return of this show.I Thank Adrain for his call tonight to tell me he will be coming down he is a top entertainer , and a top bloke
All of your 4u2 sing Karaoke host from shows around Sydney also will be there as well to support this return party.
