| From the Where2sing.com forum: Hi Kev...That's exactly what i was saying ( writing ) a couple of weeks ago , that hosts with an existing 'disc show ' can have the best of both worlds and not be in any hurry to go ''All Out '' to change over to computers, especially if you have wide & varied list of songs and by going over to computers that list of songs would be diminished , if one was being legal about it all well i mean can you download original footage songs ? is Capital karaoke allowing downloading of there ck songs yet ? , I'm personally not sure if these and others are legal downloads and then there is the question of hosts that only do karaoke shows a few times a month and there are others in the twilight of there careers , is it worth the investment ? , plus I'm still not convinced that computer show are in any way '' better '' than discs shows at this point in time ( yes i know there will be some whizz bangs things in the future ) , i say this because of the shows I've seen But Each to there own ,
Kev i can totally see where you are coming from and I won't be selling my discs either i have around 1800 hundred of them , all in excellent condition , with the greater most never used , so I'll be '' handing them down'' to the grand kids lol
Original Footage , these discs in many ways are the best because you can't get any better than the original artist singing the song with there music pity they only made 12 of them , although i have a few others that have the original singers like Air supply , John Denver with them performing in concet plus others but i don't think that they are '' from the Original footage team .
