| From the Where2sing.com forum: Hitman, great if you're in a big city with 2-4 million people, but I am in a country town of 10000. Not that easy. :) This was at a pub where the band graciously let me sing in place of the lead singer. They didn't have to, but I was very thankful for the experience. Sounds like you may need to leave your urban surrounds and see what happens when the buildings are lucky to get above 2 floors and Motorways (as you Southern Hemisphere Mexicans call them) don't exist. So no, I will not give you a break, but would be good to give that a try too should the opportunity present itself on a trip to Melbourne. :) EXPLANATION:- I call QLD'ers Mexicans as they are the ones closer to the Equator, same as Mexico is compared to the USA in the Northern Hemisphere. This is usually why (and I've had Southern QLD'ers admit this) the people in Cairns tend to be slower than the Brisbanites. Therefore, why would we Victorians be the slower Mexicans?? LOL!! And if you still don't get my point, well, I rest my case!! :P (Vic, please do not take the preceeding comments regarding QLD'ers personally, LOL!!)
