| From the Where2sing.com forum: Better stock..? i think the brands that we keep are more than adequate for most punters, there are other brands that we could stock but most are so similar to the other brands that we stock that brand to brand is too similar to others, its better to keep more stock of the hot sellers like the Zoom series and the new Sunfly stuff and aim for customer satisfaction rather than have a massive inventry that sits around for years.
Not wishing to be unkind but i think you have got your hand on it again regarding customers buying elsewhere as our customer list can prove that for every customer that does move elsewhere we get two or more new customers, this is the beauty of modern day accounting systems i guess, at the end of the day we are still here so we must be doing something right but then we do more than just sell discs and tracks.
We never had an exclusive distributorship relationship with Sundown in NZ, we do still stock and restock their discs, they were looking to sell the karaoke side of their business a few months ago but i have not heard how they went with this and their discs are still coming from Sundown as they always have.
