| From the Where2sing.com forum: Hi LB .....as I said some time back ..I am in the process of changing from CD to digital as we speak....so in fact I want this to work ...and to work well.........I understand what you are saying though and can only agree...however the way I am set up at the moment gives me the opportunity to compare apples with apples ....and I have the ability to play the Identical Karaoke CD alongside the Digital version (at192 Bit at the moment) both at the same time if need be... and on the same machine and system...so consequently besides hearing and comparing the two formats I also get visual feedback from my equipment..which gives me a clear indication of whats what.
I am NOT saying that digital is bad...clearly digital is the way to go....however... as I am setting up my new system and experimenting etc... I do notice a difference.... for which I will need to compensate slightly should I want my system to sound the same/similiar post digital as it did pre digital........
I look forward to downloading just one required song instead of buying a whole disc of otherwise useless or double/triple up songs...:-))
