| From the Where2sing.com forum: As much as I don't want to put David off side as he is a sponsor of this event Rob, I hope Billy T didn't play favourites with the competitors over there as I have witnessed is the case over here. I lost count how many times I heard at the Vic/National Final last year that the NSW contestant was a shoe in before the Vic final was even won!! I think if the KWC on the east coast wants to maintain patronage (and I know Victoria's contribution was well down on last year, maybe the rumour had alot to do with that!) a bit more impartiality and also more flexibility should be exercised. (Except of course when it comes to people who are Professionals posing as Amateurs, they should have the rules strictly imposed, and I know that doesn't happen yet either!) This event has the potential to be much bigger than it already is, but I am sorry to say, if the current situation continues, it could be gone in 2-3 years. That said, I wish your winner all the success they deserve.
Oh, by the way, wasn't the Vic State Finals on at The Village Green tonight???? If anyone knows the results we'd love to hear them! (both Vic Metro & Regional)
