| From the Where2sing.com forum: David: I rarely get 12-15 singers *before I start*. Usually I'll have 2 or 3 before I start, then they start trickling in as the first few singers are doing their thing so by the time an hour clicks over, I've had at least 15 singers and usually a few more.
I didn't read beyond your second paragraph as I could follow what you were saying and it appeared the rest of your post was based on the misunderstanding of what I was saying anyway.
I think all the confusion is coming about by the assumption that a host gets the majority of their singers request early in the evening with very few new singers coming through. This might be the case at some venues but most of the gigs that I (and the other EE hosts) do, the reverse is the case.
