| From the Where2sing.com forum: David: Agreed (seeing someone else sing twice to their once) and excluding people who either benignly or malevolently rort the system, a host would normally seek to ensure this doesn't take place. If someone asks me how long until they sing and they are in that selection of singers that won't change, I'll give them a number of songs whereas if they are beyond that and I might be slotting up singers before them, I'll usually give them a more vague answer like '40 or 50 minutes'.
What does make me smile wryly is the singer who hands up a song and then immediately asks how many songs until the're up... Good lord man, let a host work! lol
