| From the Where2sing.com forum: Why shouldnt we be negative? Make a show about people turning their lives around ... go and make a show about people going to get therapeutic help and follow the people with depression and see them rise above through good therapy. This is supposed to be a talent competition not a do gooder and make people feel good kind of thing. The judges are being way too nice as no one really has that 'x factor' that they seem to be handing out each night.
Discussion about this makes others agree with opinions and then change can be made ... not just turning over the channel. If enough people say that they want to see real talent shows then producers will sit up and listen, rather than seeing 'give him a go' cos he has been down on his luck kind of shows.
