As for the x factor, everyone I know is talking about it, good and bad. In the end only one person can win and of course they will be brilliant, but sometimes we want to see real people who are pretty good but not perfect. Abit like karaoke really. If everyone at the pub sang like an angel and looked damn hot too, then who would want to sing after them? I think keeping the x factor raw and open for all is why it is so popular, just like karaoke!
