May I also say that that Duty Manager must be a tool.... perhaps next he will ban hosts and punters from singing 'Duncan' as it may encourage the patrons to drink too much with their mates (even though Slim does the politically correct thing and asks us to 'drink in moderation, and we never ever ever get rolling drunk'!).
