| From the Where2sing.com forum: Hi All ...Joann & I went to a wedding to day (sat 9 / 10 ) and Wolfie was there too , guess what !! they had no DJ or band there , just a laptop hooked into the house speakers in the ceiling , mate !! I've been to many weddings on invitation and have performed many hundreds as a DJ / MC / in bands / some karaoke , I've never been to such a boring wedding which was lacking in organisation and atmosphere ever , in fact i should have brought along my equipment and did the DJing at the reception as a wedding present and if i was living near by i would have gone home and quickly got my equipment but the wedding was 600km return trip so that was out of the question , technology alone will never replace the ''' human '' input in these sort of occasions
