| From the Where2sing.com forum: allstar: i'll tell you the reason why your chatswood club gig has failed. you & your co-host sing too much. you start the show with a song for the two of you (fair enuff coz thats what most hosts do), then start another round with 2 more songs, sometimes a duet as a third song. you even sing with punters. bottom line, its been unpleasant to some people including myself. we came to karaoke, not a mini concert. the KWC heat finals was the last one the club had that many people because inspite of the many requests from punters you still slotted your way into the rotation. now i haven't been to your show for a long time to find out if you've mended your oversinging ways but you asked why so i gave you my honest opinion. i do hope though that everything will turn out better because i have to admit you have 2 of the most important aspects for a great karaoke: great sound & excellent songlist.
