I believe his Newsletter was based on an observation, of the transition of what was an inviting ambience in a Venue, that was suddenly transformed into a mismatch of mischief, disrespect & disorderly conduct!
These three attributes seem to be a prerequisite in the Karaoke mindset of some 'drinkers' and when let loose without some control process in place has consequences for the Venue and Karaoke Entertainment!
Unfortunately for this Venue on the night all they had on offer were the 'Shits & Giggles' (compliments LB) crowd who'd probably had a 'guts full' elsewhere before bombarding their stage.... All behaviours have consequences so why don't you go back and read the News Letter again ....It's all about ..'What A Shame...I Don't Wanna Be Here Anymore..... Good Night!'
