| From the Where2sing.com forum: Like I said before folks....some operators want to be or are a 'Macka' & 'Davo' & the Venues they Host reflect that revelry .... the majority of the population requiring a meal and enjoyable entertainment would not be attracted to such events!
I believe that most of the characters depicted in the News Letter did not arrive @ the Pub because Karaoke was on ...... it would have been their intention to carry on in whatever way they'd choose to, regardless of Karaoke, Customers et al.... if a Singer, Duo or Band was the option I can guarantee the same 'loutish' behaviours would prevail......because Davo, Macka & their Mates were out for their good time & of course being 'Legends in their own Lunch Boxes' the Karaoke Entertainment allowed them to demonstrate they were really 'Selfish Pratts' !
Clowns like this don't deserve an INCH never mind a metre from the line!
