Evrything you said about the band club I agree with Yes Mick can be funny and the girl you talk of does not really know what she is doing and as a panel operator.( She is a nice person if you get to know her I fact I do like her a lot as a person) as for her skills at the panel she is about Sydneys worst. As for getting to eastern creek you would be best to look at a map it is on the road that take you to eastern creek raceway. Coming from the band club just drive down the great western highway towards Blacktown and as you get to the blacktown area you turn right towards the race way there are large blue signs with eastern creek raceway you can not miss them.
Go up to the roundabout and you will see it on the as you turn left.It has a big red car on the roof.Mostly the same people from the band club go there but better operators and nice pub. There are lots of places in the west for thursday night look at your Gig listings.
Eg. Kingswood sports club NEW GIG,Quakershill Inn, to name a couple,And live band Karaoke at Richmond. All Thursday Gigs
It is worth subscribing here and is very easy and cheap to do.
