| From the Where2sing.com forum: Wolfie ......You haven't been reading all the posts from Karaokechic , perhaps some of her comments are now on '' turn over page '' but she knows how to host as she has been a host some years ago but stopped to have a bubbers and babies but now wishes to get back into the game , karaoke chic has sold some of her gear and she tells us this was a big mistake , so only wants to get some good speakers at an affordable price , but i think we are all confusing her as we are mostly putting to much information out there plus our own personal opinions ...
Yes Barry as i said to Peter.M ''' Free standing speakers '' are great and in many ways less mucking around but to get ''' best value & sound '' they need a ''' raised stage '' because humans absorb sound , of course if you are on a level ground its good if there is '' distance '' between speaker and human .
This is why i have never sold my equipment when i ''' retired ''' , you just never know ????? , i might get itchy feet lol plus to replace can get to be overwhelming , all though i've been offered a couple of very good deals in the past , naaa , i'll keep it all
