| From the Where2sing.com forum: ROY: If some hosts put some party songs in their books and suggested to a regular or two what they are looking for then this could pep up a night after a run of tragics. IMHO songs like 'video killed the radio star', 'I'm too sexy', 'ain't going home until the sun goes up' and other peppy party stuff should be in every book for this reason. No, I won't pick this stuff normally but if asked I'm happy to throw them in.
There are a couple of hosts that do this and it is a good comprise.
Rovics: It depends what 'tragics' they are - if they entertain then keep 'em, if they cause mass-walkouts and groans then give 'em the flick.
