I will admit, it does make my previous points possibly invalid should this action be successful. Now, some of the company names that are associated with songs I have downloaded from BKD include DK, Radio Starz (now defunct), Sunfly and Zoom. Can you keep us all on w2s up to date with this story as I feel it could be very beneficial to the nature of future purchases made by some of us. Knowing where you were going with this now, I am happy to now stand corrected.
