And to the post below I get this............

Hi The Milkman:

Like I said, our Tech is going thru the database and an audit is being done. I don't have the results yet.

I looked through your list and I see 5 Pop Hits Monthly and 1 Sound Choice songs. I see 1 Zoom purchase. Music Maestro is not owned by Stellar Records (Addition - this was my mistake, they actually own Pop Hits Monthly). We'll deal with the Sunfly issue with them when the audit is done. We'll look in our database and see if these older songs exsist. All others are out of business and subject to previous agreements except for the songs from our own production company which include the unknown (Addition - I marked tham as unknown on the attachment as they had no company names on them) and Quik Hits.

We don't provide licensing info to customers like any other karaoke company. So what is it that you want? Do you want a refund of all purchases and we delete your account?

So his only answer to all this essentially is 'Here's all your money, now go away!' SORRY!! Not going to work. So I replied with...........

I'm sorry, my confusion, Stellar Records is Pop Hits Monthly. None the less, a company that doesn't endorse your company as a licensed Digital Download reseller. In fact, like Soundchoice (Slep-Tone Inc.) they are dead against them. (I don't know why either as I think it is a denial of technology) You say in your email about dealing with the Sunfly issue with them, does this mean you have a license agreement with them that is in need of extra negotiation?? I was getting a feeling too that Quik Hitz was your productions, although their likeness to some of the Pop Hits Monthly songs is very uncanny. Also, your refusal to answer any questions about your dealings with HFA doesn't really put my mind at ease, as well as your only other solution of cancelling my account and refunding all monies. All I am asking is that you be open about what should and what shouldn't be on your site and also how license fees are distributed for songs that are legal. Hoping for more openess in your next reply.

Regards,

The Milkman.
