This results in the validity of the original comment taking a much higher place than any follow-ups due to the likelihood that any further comments won't be read.
MB: I don't host it personally but it is one of our shows. Because I look after EE's social media presence, I have an invested interest in what is said about our shows online.
I'd like to say for the record, especially considering the recent comments with Scotty and Newington, I have no problem with people making criticisms or posting their thoughts online. If I don't know people are unhappy with something, I can't fix it for them. What I do take issue with is when comments are made that damages our public image and there is no way for me (usually due to lack of information or lack of participation) to help fix it. The poster in this instance will likely never be heard from again so there's no way for me to know the individual circumstances of what happened but now we have a comment on the front page labeling that show as having suspect rotation policy. There's no way of knowing how that will influence people's decisions on going to that show in the future and there's no way of rectifying it.
