| From the Where2sing.com forum: Hi BT ....Good on the old gent but these days after hosting for sooooo many years and singing all the karaoke Faves / crowd pleasers , i now sing songs that i really want to try in front of an audience and the reception i get from doing these songs makes no difference to me , I no longer place pleasing the crowd on top of my singing list , I've been a legend in the past so been there done that lol
the last show i was at the 2 songs i sang were ......Lambeth walk (from a 1937 stage play '''Me & my girl'' ) , the crowd was scratching there heads not knowing what the hell i was singing ( except for a couple of poms god bless em ) and the other one was '' Comfortably Numb '' the classic Pink Floyd hit , Wolfie was itching to turn down the guitar solo but i stop him lol yet i was so surprised with the response to the song so many enjoyed it , so this is also why i take my own discs , i do songs not many hosts have and i can understand why they wouldn't get them ... so i think I'll leave '' Baby Baby'' to others as i have ''' other fish to fry ''' lol
