Everyone keeps saying fair rotation but we need answers to specific situations, Tmoz says he arrives late and gets a song in good for him he's happy but does the person who misses out thing this is good?
I invite anyone who is not a host to post here exactly how they would handle the example I quoted or how they would run a fair rotation.
It's no good punters complaining if they don't have the answers, I notice that a lot of singers opinions soon change when they become full time hosts and start coping a bit of abuse which can include threats of violence from idiots who arrive with half an hour to go but don't just quite get it that others are in line before them.
We have a lot of great people who come to our shows and they understand how things are run but we also have had our share of idiots.
