| From the Where2sing.com forum: Many of the Original W2Sers will remember my long standing battle with Karma Kay and the Karma Karaoke followers some years back...whilst I have never had a 'run in' with David...there were times when I was disappointed that he did not take a more positive and drastic action (ban) those whom I felt were attacking us without cause ..these attacks also extended well beyond W2S.
What David so rightly taught me was that in the face of criticism of your venue...if you feel it to be incorrect or unreasonable ...State YOUR truth ... state it clearly and concisely...say it ONLY once then leave it all alone...good advice for me as I had a tendency (still have...lol) to run off at the mouth (keyboard)...the longevity of your Venues will speak volumes in debunking any unreasonable reviews ( BTW Karma Karaoke no longer exist lol)...I still have a long way to go lol (Garry *Rising Star* is a master at it).
In other words A dose of cement to 'harden up' is in order sometimes...:-)
