Yes it is hard to '' keep an eye on who's who in the zoo lol yet i think it is far easlier these days than ever before to check if some one is pro or semi ( if your Comp has these limitations in place ) , back before the turn of the Century pretty much a host could work out if someone was a pro by there mannerisms and body language , in most cases these singers stick out like Dogs B*lls before they even sing but post turn of the century , A host or Venue organiser can do this , when some one is filling out an Application just ask to view some photo ID to make sure the detail match the application details then the host or someone with the Venue Google's a quick search or perhaps facebook or my space because i would think that these days any aspiring artist would have a certain amount of information about themselves somewhere on the net , hey you don't need me to tell you all that this can be done privately quickly on your Mobile ph , so yeah if a host or venue is really REALLY ! determined to keep these folks out of there comp this would go along way to deal with the problem , if it is a problem .
