Just like there will be consumers wanting a manual vs an automatic car, those preferring Edwardian antique furniture to DIY IKEA stuff, diners favouring hole-in-the-wall eateries to 5-star fine-dining, fastbook junkies and dedicated home-chefs, and why there are still old-world ballroom dance-halls in the age of rave parties and the like … the list goes on.
In years to come I hope to market a show along these lines …
