| From the Where2sing.com forum: Wolfie ,its not that there is as much talent around today ,just check out ''Rave ''ABC and you see some brilliant acts but they never seem to get played on any other programs ,so wrong , but i think the days of every song on the radio, is better than the song before, is long gone , i mean the young ones won't know this but the radio was once full of great Aussie acts and some times the O/S acts had to fight to get airplay , acts like Cold Chisel ,Divinyls , easy beats , the Hunters , Icehouse , P echo, Angry band Rose Tattoo , Air supply , look the list goes on and on ,Hey Mental as anything '' , great Aussie bands all playing on the radio and on Tele , there were dozens of great bands and Artist getting a shot . lets not forget Sherbet and they all had there own sound , now well if they are not coping old songs they are trying to sound like each other ..Sad !!! hey and after hearing these bands and Artist many times we could head down to the local pub and see them live , sometimes two or three bands on a night ,So Wolfie lucky we have karaoke to keep these bands /Artists / songs alive and happening today and yes i just can't get into that'' DayO me don't wanna go home '''sample / song , naaa not for me .
