| From the Where2sing.com forum: Determination . Tonight one of the 4u2 sing Karaoke host rode of his car on the m7 on the way to his show. Thank goodness he was ok . Just all shook up. He came of the side of the freeway hitting an ditch while spinning in a 360 . The tailgate opened and the whole contents of the gear in the back aparted from the car siding down the freeway at 100 kms an hour. Contents list= Bose l1 and a brand new rig in road case we just finished building , Tv and lead bags , stands and some fancy lighting . A whole brand new rig scatered all over the freeway. I drove out to pick up my host , the rig and to wave goodbye to he,s car. My wife followed me in her car.
This was at 7.00 pm . I asked my wife to take him home so he could take time out and with that he said . ' no Jeff the show must go on.' We gathered the bits of his broken brand new rig and put them in the car. Off he went with my wonderful wife to do his show and I went of to do my show .
By 8 pm I received a text reporting what works and what does not yet the show went on and started on time.
I believe that I am blessed with the best team of host in Sydney. You can break there rig but not there spirit .
I am so happy my superstar was ok and did not hurt himself.
