If it's for a good cause and all the money goes to charity then I will supply my services free.
That is what we use for our Karaoke Shows, sound system, Karaoke players, mics (Barri tone can bring his own) discs, books, pens, song request slips, lights, smoke machine (if allowed at the venue) and myself Hosting or sharing the job with you.
I have just over 5000 songs without repeat and everyone could look at the song list prior to coming to see if I have their song or they could bring their own.
Anyway the offers there.
Perhaps if you had this say every 2 or three months, then different Hosts could offer their set up and services free each time.
