Anyone who opens their gob to pour out a melody is a singer , be that a country singer ,pro singer , rock singer , Karaoke singer , good singer, opera singer, shit singer .... & the definitions/genres go on. As to how good they are , well, you be the judge ! Rate them all as you see fit , just as we all do with the proffessionals we listen to on the radio etc. Bob Dylan is a singer, Mick Jagger is a singer. That guy from Guns & Roses is a singer (what's his name ? ...his singing is just as forgettable to me !) .... they're ALL singers ...lol.. If you sing ... you're a SINGER & up for judgement / classification...
