| From the Where2sing.com forum: Although W2S isn't asking for money, it's the same principle with requiring some information - information really is a currency. I thought it neatly balanced when some people subscribed to read the information that others wrote in lieu of subscribing. I did worry a little when extending the time period for information provided, mainly because if the result had been less information to read, I'm not sure how popular shortening the time period back to the original 7 days would have been. Anyway, it seems to work better, not worse, with the 31 days.
Now, am I brave enough to open it completely and not require any contribution, gambling on information being provided freely and in sufficient quantity - the possible upside being an improvement in the quality and value of the information?
