| From the Where2sing.com forum: Hey David, Yeah I wrote a decent story and it kept kicking me back until I realised how obscenely short 80 - 130 words actually is. I know you may be proud of your website but some of us just want to browse the internet to get the information we looking for without having to do silly menial tasks that should be specified before the email address is put in not after. Yes the website is unique which is why I conceded to send my email address which is something I don't often to and should be enough to gain the information I'm looking for unless otherwise stated. Making people write a short story which turns out to be too short is similar to expecting people to pay a 'small fee' after joining which isn't mentioned when deciding to join up. So yeah to quash your puzzlement having to do the task in the first place is annoying and having to go and count the words after the third time its kicked you back is infuriating. That is why. Many thanks for taking the time to explain, and it's certainly not often I've had someone unhappy because they'd like to write more rather than less; the reason is that the story has to fit into a slot on the main page. I'll take your comments into account when I re-shape the site, something that's still some time away though, and in the meantime I've reset your rights, so you'll be fine to try again should you desire...
