You know i am a collector of CD's Dvd's Cdg's in fact anything ''disk'' so it would be no surprise that i hunt down many a Garage sale in order to add to my collection and indeed these places are good hunting grounds yet over the past year i have notice less and less Cd's etc and more MP3 Video player type things being sold, like this morning there was only 10 or so CD's selling from 50c and one 8GB selling MP3 video player for $10 ,well naturally i i offered $5 and got it for $7 but the interesting thing is that it had over 400 songs on it and i have already uploaded the songs to my main list , and you know i only had a couple of the songs already , yes only a couple so to me this purchase has been a bargain , the previous owner tell me that most of the songs came from '''gift music cards and her pocket money '' and i said '' but don't you want to keep the songs '' and she said Naaaa they are all ''old shit , I'm 18 now !!! ''' , well many of the songs can still be found on the Charts but there is a lot of ''retro '' too , but it astounds me how music is so easily throwing away these days , its like they have no respect for any artist or something , mate i still have the first LP record and Tape i brought with my own money and if some one threaten to break my arms i wouldn't hand them over
