| From the Where2sing.com forum: Music Addict - I have been reading your comments over the last couple of months and it seems to me you are more into the local band scene. With this, I think you should join a band and leave karaoke for singers who don't mind a ballad now and then or a bit of R'n'B or country. You didn't specifiy in the comment I quoted as having to have specifics ie rock or pop (no ballads) so with that in mind, I still stand by the fact there are PLENTY of karaoke venues around with great food, great atmosphere on a Saturday night. Funky is something you can be without the venue having to be. Try it, you might like it.
