| From the Where2sing.com forum: It all seems nice and simple and in many ways I agree ...give your singers what they want ...yada...yada...however in a very busy environment (100+ audience and 40-50+ singers all wanting to be next)...you could be making a rod for your own back...and its when you are under pressure ..changing players and formats etc that you start making errors and it then can affect the apparent quality and momentum of your show.
Discs are dead...and its true ..those that bring their folder full of discs and will only sing to their own discs...even though you may have the same versions are your 'Tragics'....you are better off without them ...unless they are willing to conform to the new age...and despite what a previous poster said ...its NOT these people on which our industry is based...its often based on those who never or rarely sing at all!!
