| From the Where2sing.com forum: Anthony ....I went to a show very similar (but not from reviews here ) , the feedback from what are normally great sounding power speakers was unrelenting ,if some one got with in a meter or so of the speakers you knew to plug your ears with your fingers ,plus the host was as exciting as a slug on a lettuce leaf , yet many there thought he was the bee's knees of host , i wanted to go and offer some advice , check out his system and maybe perhaps get the sound right but the wife wouldn't let me as he was a young bloke ( i would say 25 max ) she thought he may take my '' help ''as a negative so we left , but you know now that many of the '' pioneers of karaoke are gone or ''whining down'' sadly i think they are not passing on the '' tricks of the trade '' thus you have the blind leading the blind , still i should had help the host or at least asked him if he needed some advice but i have to go home with the wife lol
