Are you providing some literature to each guest, and if so, would it be possible for me to send you some A4 information sheets on W2S thay could be included in this? I think it's not worth it just to have a pile of W2S info sheets available, but if you're actually putting together a mini-pachage that everyone gets, with the likelihood that this info will actually be taken home and read by people, then I think that would be a worthwhile exercise. And, if you are doing this, perhaps you could give me an idea of what angle I could take that would both promote the W2S website and add some value to your event - for example, asking singers to nominate their the local venue that they'd like to see running heats next year...
