A friend has told me about a hosting site called www.powerhoster.com
Check it out & tell me what you think. Per month they are US$3.95 I think but I don't know the hidden catches????

Make sure you buy your own domain name, don't include it with your hosting package or you may have difficulty in owning it yourself.
A quick search on Google turns up nothing negative, but you should do your own checking. I'd always suggest paying by the month so you can change hosts the moment that problems turn up (and you'll need to re-point your DNS servers via domainsite.com).
